Sirimar Tech Private Limited

Our place is over in Jayanagar 4th Block, specifically on 28th C Cross. The address is No. 11, which is also sometimes written as 407/52 depending on which old record you look at. It’s a very traditional Bangalore neighborhood with lots of trees and older houses mixed in with new offices. Working at Sirimar Tech Private Limited feels a bit different because of the location. It’s quieter than the main commercial hubs, and you can actually hear the birds in the morning. The office is laid out simply with a few rows of tables and a small cabin for meetings. We don’t really use the cabin much; most conversations just happen out in the open. We’ve got a small balcony where people go to take a breather or talk on the phone. The 11th Main Road is just a short walk away if we need to grab something from the market. We’re a small crew, so there’s no formal HR department or complex hierarchy. You just talk to whoever is sitting next to you. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of the local experience. It’s a cozy, somewhat cramped space, but it works for us. We spend our days coding or planning, and usually, we’re too busy to notice the time passing. It is a simple life for those of us who work here.
