Koramangala 3rd Block is where you’ll find us, at number 710. It’s a decent area, a bit more relaxed than the 5th block but still busy enough. Siri Developers isn't a massive operation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us who know a thing or two about land and building stuff. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to engineers. Some days are spent entirely on the road, checking out different spots in and around the city. When we are in the office, it’s usually to catch up on the stuff that piles up on our desks. We don't have fancy decorations or a lounge area for guests. You just come in, pull up a plastic chair, and we talk about whatever property matter is on your mind. We’ve had people come in with all sorts of questions, and we just try to give them a straight answer based on what we know. The trees outside our office are nice, they provide some shade during the hot months. We don't do much marketing or anything like that; people usually find us through word of mouth or by just driving past. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the projects we have and try to get them finished without too much fuss. It's a living, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
