We are located over at Rathna Paradise, specifically in flat number 403. It’s right in the Murugesh Palya area, which is a bit of a maze if you aren’t familiar with the side streets. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it feels a lot more like a home than a corporate building. There’s a kitchen where someone is usually making tea, and the living room area is where most of the desks are set up. It’s quiet enough for us to focus, though you can hear the neighbors sometimes or children playing in the corridor. Being on the fourth floor gives us a decent view of the rooftops around here. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist; you just come in and find someone at a computer. Singzed India is a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is working on. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we finish early if things are slow. Parking near the building can be a bit of a headache for visitors, but we’ve figured out the best spots by now. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We don’t really do formal meetings; we just talk across the room or grab a chair. It’s a simple way to work without all the extra layers you find in bigger companies. We like the neighborhood vibe here. It makes the long hours feel a bit shorter.
