We do technical work here, mostly focusing on solutions for people who need help with their setups. It’s a practical kind of business. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. Our space is filled with tools, parts, and a few desks where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of stuff coming in, but we manage. We’ve been in Singasandra for a good while and have seen the road change a lot over the years. We started with just a small corner and now we use more of the space. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially on weekdays. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people who come in and try to help them out with whatever they need. The Hosur Main Road location makes it easy for people to stop by while they’re on their way somewhere else. We try to be as straightforward as possible about what we can do. It's just a regular local business trying to do things right. The lunch hour is when we usually close for a bit, so that's the only time it's quiet.
