Singapore Airlines

Our location is a bit different than what you might expect for Singapore Airlines. We’re actually down in Kerala, in the Idukki district. The office is at Chirayil House in Kuninji, which is near Vazhithala. It’s a very green and quiet area, far away from the big airports. Being here means we do things a bit differently. It’s not a fast-paced city office with glass walls. It’s more of a local house where we handle our tasks. We deal with people from around the Thodupuzha area who have questions or need help with their travel stuff. It’s a lot of talking and explaining things. The pace is a bit slower here, which is fine by us. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know the ropes. Sometimes we have to deal with the rain or the power going out, since it’s Idukki and the weather can be unpredictable. We just sit at our desks, do the paperwork, and try to be helpful when someone calls or stops by. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any corporate posters on the walls. We just have our computers and some notebooks. It’s a quiet way to work, and we like being part of the community here in Kuninji. Just regular people doing our jobs every day. We try to be direct and get the information people need.
