If you are looking for us, we are located at 58 Robertson Road in Fraser Town. This is one of the older parts of Bangalore, and our office is in a building that reflects that local character. We aren't out at the airport or in a glass skyscraper downtown; we are right here where people live and walk every day. The office handles a lot of the ticketing and customer inquiries that come in from this side of the city. Robertson Road can get pretty busy with traffic, especially in the evenings, but inside the office, things are usually a bit more organized. We have a few counters where we talk to people about their travel plans and help them with their bookings. The space is practical, with posters of different places on the walls and stacks of flight schedules on the desks. It’s not a luxury lounge, just a regular workplace where we try to answer questions as clearly as we can. Our staff has been working in Fraser Town for a while, and we like the local vibe, especially the food joints nearby. We spend our days mostly on the phones or checking the computer systems for flight updates. It’s a busy job, but we don't make a big deal out of it. We just sit here on Robertson Road and make sure everyone gets the information they need for their next trip.
