Sindhu Developers

We are based out of the Shivaji Housing Society near Agara Post. Our address is number 8 on Senapati Bapat Road. It is a busy area and there is always something going on outside our windows. At Sindhu Developers, we spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to contractors. Developing property is a lot more complicated than it looks from the outside. There are so many papers to sign and people to meet at various government offices. We aren't a massive firm with a shiny glass building. Our office is a lot more modest, with some old chairs for visitors and a map of the city pinned to the wall. We know this neighborhood really well because we have lived and worked around here for a long time. When we aren't in the office, we are usually walking around sites, checking the foundation or seeing if the materials arrived on time. Sometimes the weather slows us down or a supplier has an issue, but we just keep moving forward. We don't spend money on big billboards or TV ads. Most people hear about us because we worked on a house or an apartment building near them. We like to keep things straightforward and honest. If a job is going to take six months, we tell you it will take six months. It is just easier that way for everyone involved. That is just how we do things here every day.
