Simpro Computer Service

We are located over in Cambridge Layout, specifically inside the Navashakthi Complex at door number 41346. It is a busy little spot in Ulsoor. Simpro Computer Service is where we spend our days surrounded by old monitors, opened-up laptops, and a lot of tangled wires. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful where we step. There is always a smell of solder in the air. We take in all sorts of machines that have stopped working or just got too slow. Sometimes it is a quick fix, and other times we are scratching our heads for hours. We don't have a big front desk; it is mostly just workbenches piled high with parts. The complex gets a lot of foot traffic, so we see a lot of different people coming in with their tech problems. We try to be fair about what can actually be fixed and what is just junk. It is not a quiet place because there is always a fan whirring or someone testing a keyboard. We’ve been here long enough that the regulars know our names. We don't use much fancy software to track things, just a big ledger and some sticky notes on the screens. It is a bit messy, but we know where every screw goes. We just keep working until the screen turns back on. If we don't know the answer right away, we keep poking at the motherboard until we find it. It's just what we do every day in this little corner of the complex.
