Simplifly Deccan

We’re over at 3108 on the first floor, right there on Kaveri Nadi Road in Brindavanagar. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve got a good view of the street from here. We spend our days dealing with flights and all the logistics that go into getting planes where they need to be across the Deccan region. It sounds a lot more exciting than it actually is most days. Mostly, it’s just us sitting at desks, staring at computer screens and talking to pilots or ground staff on the radio. Bangalore traffic makes getting to work a bit of a headache, so we usually have a lot to talk about when we first get in. The office is pretty simple, just some desks and a couple of filing cabinets filled with old flight logs. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the schedules work out and that everyone knows where they are supposed to be. Sometimes the weather gets bad and everything we planned goes out the window. Then we have to scramble to fix things. It keeps us on our toes, that’s for sure. We’ve been in this Brindavanagar spot for a few years now. The tea shop around the corner knows our order by heart. It’s just a regular bunch of people doing a job that involves a lot of moving parts. We try not to overcomplicate things. We just want to make sure the work is done properly.
