Sigma4 Alpha Solutions Llp

Our office is located at No. 594 on 12th B Cross, over in B Sector of Yelahanka New Town. It’s way up in the northern part of Bangalore, which is a bit of a different vibe compared to the south. Sigma4 Alpha Solutions is a small partnership. We don’t have a massive team or layers of management. It’s just a few of us who decided to put our skills together and see what we could do. The workspace is pretty functional. We have our desks set up, and there’s usually some music playing in the background to keep things lively. Yelahanka has grown a lot lately, but our little corner on 12th B Cross stays relatively calm most of the time. We spend our days mostly on the computer or talking to people on the phone. We don't really have a set dress code or anything formal like that. People just wear whatever is comfortable for them. We find that being in a more relaxed setting helps us get more done without feeling burnt out by the end of the week. We handle our projects as they come, trying to stay on top of the deadlines. Sometimes we stay late to finish something up, and other days we leave a bit early if the work is done. It’s a very practical, human-centered way of working. We’re just local people doing our jobs in a part of the city we know well and like.
