Sigma Networks

Sigma Networks is over in Vijaya Nagar at 92/E. It’s a practical little office where we spend most of our time dealing with routers, cables, and internet connections. The space isn't very big, so we have to be careful not to trip over the various wires that seem to run across the floor no matter how many times we try to tie them up. Vijaya Nagar is a good area with lots of places to get a decent meal, which is helpful because we often work through our lunch breaks when there’s a network problem that needs fixing. We are a small crew, and we don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy titles or long meetings. If something breaks, we just figure out who is closest to the problem and send them to fix it. Our walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and some diagrams of network layouts that we’ve pinned up over the years. The desks are a bit cluttered with tools and testing equipment. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we’re usually too busy making sure the connections are stable. It’s a straightforward job that requires some patience and a lot of technical tinkering. We’ve been here at 92/E for a while now and most of the locals know where to find us if their internet starts acting up. We just keep things simple and do our work.
