You can find us over in Malleshwaram at the Swimming Pool Extension. We are located at Number 6 on 10th Cross, right in the same building as the Bagawathi PG. This is the office for Siesta Hospitality. Malleshwaram has that classic Bangalore feel with the big trees and the old houses, though things are changing fast. Our office is a bit tucked away, so it’s usually quieter than being right on the main road. We do a lot of work related to managing stays and looking after guests. It’s a lot of coordination on the phone and through emails. The room we work in is pretty basic. We have a few fans going to keep the heat down and plenty of desks for the team. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We usually grab lunch from the small eateries nearby because the food in Malleshwaram is really good and cheap. It’s a regular routine for us. We get here in the morning, check the messages, and start sorting out the bookings. There’s no big fancy lobby or anything, just us in our workspace. We have been here for a good while and we like the area. It feels like a real community. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure everything is handled properly for the day. It’s a practical way to run things and it works for us. We just keep it simple.
