We operate out of Villa 121 in the Concord Sylvan View area of Bommasandra. It's quite a bit away from the city center, near the Gold Coin Club. Being out here in 560100 means it is a bit quieter than the middle of Bangalore, which we like for our daily work at Siemu India. It’s not your typical office building; it’s more of a residential-style setup that we've adapted. We find that the environment helps us stay a bit more relaxed while we tackle our projects. There are a few of us working here, and we usually just sit around the main table to discuss what needs to be done. We don't go in for big presentations or anything like that. It's mostly just practical problem-solving and getting the chores of the business out of the way. The commute can be a bit of a trek for some, especially with the road conditions, but once you're here, it’s a good place to focus. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. We handle our various tasks without much fanfare. Sometimes we eat lunch together in the kitchen area or out on the porch. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy suite. We just need a reliable place to sit and work, and this villa provides exactly that for our small team. It’s quiet enough to actually think.
