Siemens at Lingarajapuram. We're over here in Shamana Garden. It's off Oil Mill Road. It's not a fancy glass tower, just a place where we show up and do what needs doing. The traffic on the main road can be a pain in the morning, but once you get inside the building, it's quiet enough to actually get some stuff done. There are some small shops nearby where we grab chai. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a lot of paperwork or tech issues to sort through. We aren’t trying to change the world in a day, just making sure the daily tasks are handled right. The address is number 9, and if you know the Saitpalyam area, it’s pretty easy to find once you get past the landmark of the old mill. We keep things pretty simple here. No big speeches or fancy posters on the walls. Just desks, computers, and people trying to do their jobs before the evening rush hits. Sometimes the power goes out, but that’s just Bangalore for you. We just wait for the backup to kick in and keep moving. It feels like a neighborhood spot even though we are part of something bigger. People stop by, we talk, and then we get back to the screens. That’s pretty much the whole story of this office. It’s not about being the loudest on the block, just being here and being reliable. We see the same faces walking by every day and it makes the place feel more like home than just a workstation.
