We are the Siemens Bpo Services Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore team. You can find us at 29, on the 1st Floor of the 10th Cross in the 2nd Block of HBR Layout. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, mostly residential around the office. We like being in HBR Layout because it isn't as crowded as the central parts of the city. Our office is just a floor in a building. We have been working from here for a while. The work is mostly back-office stuff. It involves a lot of data and keeping track of things for other departments. We have a handful of people working here. It’s a quiet environment most of the time, except when we are all on the phones. We aren't a big, flashy corporation with a cafeteria or a gym. We just have a small pantry where we make coffee. Most of us live nearby or take the bus to get here. We try to keep things running smoothly without making a big fuss. The 10th Cross is easy to find if you know the area. We’ve become a part of the local scene here. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait for it to come back, which is just how it goes. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just come in, do the data entry or whatever is needed, and that’s it. It’s a job like any other and we do our part every day.
