Our office is located at number 43 on the 5th Cross in Mahalaxmipuram. We are part of the AGB 2nd Stage, which is a fairly quiet residential pocket of Bangalore. Most of the people working here at Sidvin Core Tech have been around for quite a while, so we all know how the local area works. The building itself is straightforward, with a few floors dedicated to our engineering and tech work. It's not one of those glass-fronted buildings you see in the tech parks; it's more of a solid, local structure that fits into the street. We deal with a lot of technical drawings and project data, so there is usually a lot of paper and large monitors everywhere. The 5th Cross can get a bit tight when people park their scooters on both sides, making it hard for cars to pass through. We have a small corner for coffee, though the machine is a bit temperamental sometimes. The afternoon sun hits the front windows quite hard, so we usually keep the blinds down until the evening. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations here; it’s mostly just heads down on the keyboards. If you’re walking from the main road, it’s just a short walk past the local grocery store. It feels like a very normal place to work, surrounded by families and other small businesses. We like the pace here in Mahalaxmipuram.
