Shubhu Pavan

Shubhu Pavan is located over at 35 Byatayanapura 12th Cross. If you know this area, you know the 12th cross is mostly residential but has a few small businesses tucked away here and there. We have been operating from this building for several years now. It is a quiet spot most of the time, which we like because it allows us to get our work done without too much distraction. Our day usually begins with checking the inventory and seeing what needs to be sorted out from the deliveries we got the day before. We deal with various items and try to keep things moving along as smoothly as possible for the neighborhood. The building itself is an older one, so it has its quirks, like the front door that sticks a bit during the rainy season. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working at the small desk in the back room. There is no big reception area or anything fancy like that. If someone stops by to ask about an order, they usually just knock and we come out to talk. We know most of the people who live on this street by face now. It is a simple setup we have here. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who have lived in this part of the city for a long time. We handle everything ourselves and make sure the place stays tidy enough.
