Shubhodaya Associates

Shubhodaya Associates is located at No.1, Bvk Iyengar Road, which is one of those parts of Bangalore that never really sleeps. If you know the 560053 area, you know how packed the streets get with traders and shoppers. Our office is right there in the thick of it. It is an old building and the walls have seen a lot of years. We have a lot of files piled up and the furniture has been around since we started. It isn't a place for someone looking for a modern corporate vibe. We deal with people from all over the city who come down to this area for business. The noise from the honking outside is pretty much constant, so we usually have to speak up a bit when we are talking to each other. We drink a lot of coffee from the small shop around the corner to keep our energy up. The space is a bit cramped, especially when we have a few visitors at once, but we make it work. Working on Bvk Iyengar Road means you see a different side of the city every day. It is honest work in a very busy setting. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signage. Most of our day is spent looking through documents and answering the phone. It is a straightforward operation and we like the fact that we are easy to find right at the start of the road.
