Shrusti Architects

We are located at 44 Banashankari 1st Stage, over near Parvat Patia. Shrusti Architects is not a very large firm. It is just a few of us working in an office that is usually covered in rolls of paper and various pens. We have some large tables where we spread out the drawings to look at the details. The lighting is bright because we need to see what we are doing, but the rest of the place is pretty basic. We spend a lot of time talking about measurements and materials. Sometimes we have to head out to different sites to see how things are going, so the office can be empty for a few hours. When we are here, it is usually quiet except for the sound of someone typing or drawing. We have a lot of books on the shelves that have been there for years. The Banashankari area is busy, so we hear the noise from the street, but we have gotten used to it. We do not have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People just come in and sit at the wooden table with us to talk about their plans. We drink a lot of tea while we look at the sketches. It is a lot of slow work and checking things twice. We just like making sure the drawings make sense before anyone starts building anything. It is just how we operate.
