Our place is located at 795 Mahalaxmi Puram. It is a fairly residential area, so it is a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which we actually prefer for the work we do. We have a modest setup here with computers and a couple of servers that hum throughout the day. The team is small, and we mostly sit around a big table or at our individual desks focusing on code or data tasks. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We wear casual clothes and sometimes there are snacks left over from lunch on the table. We have been in Mahalaxmi Puram for some time now, and we have grown to like the pace here. Sometimes the internet goes a bit slow, or we have a long meeting about a project that isn't going as planned, but we work through it. We don't put on a show for anyone. When clients come by, they see us as we are—just a bunch of people working on tech solutions. We try to keep things simple. If a problem comes up, we sit down and talk it out until it is fixed. There is no big hierarchy here; everyone just does their bit. It is a practical way to run a business, and it keeps things moving without too much fuss or unnecessary drama. Most of us live nearby, which makes the commute easier.
