Shriram Properties Pvt Ltd is over in Sadashiva Nagar, right on the 8th Main and 4th Cross. We’re in the Nagashree Chambers building, which is pretty easy to find since it is near the Food World. The office is usually humming with people coming in to talk about land or apartments. It is a bit of a busy spot in the RMV Extension. We spend most of our mornings going through paperwork and the afternoons out at various sites. There are always files stacked up on the desks and the phone rings quite a bit. It is not a very formal place, just where we get our work done. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days are long, especially when we have to go back and forth between the office and the construction areas. We deal with a lot of documents, making sure everything is in order for the buyers. It can get a little stressful when deadlines are close, but we just take it one day at a time. Neighbors often drop by just to ask about what is being built nearby. We don't have a big corporate feel, just a group of people working in the real estate line. It’s a steady routine of meetings and site visits that keeps us going from Monday to Saturday.
