Shri Shirdi Sai Physiotherapy

Shri Shirdi Sai Physiotherapy is located over in Hegde Nagar on the 8th Cross. We are right on the Main Road, near the SBI branch, which makes us pretty easy to find for anyone in the Telecom Layout area. The clinic isn't huge, but we have enough space for the mats and the machines people use for their exercises. Most of the people who come to see us are dealing with some kind of pain, maybe a bad back or a knee that won't stop hurting. It’s a hands-on kind of place. You’ll often hear the sound of the ultrasound machines or just people talking through their stretches. It isn't a quiet, library-like atmosphere; it’s more active. We see a lot of people from Shivaram Karanth Nagar who just walk over for their sessions. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit cramped if a few people show up early, but everyone is usually patient. We’ve got a couple of treatment tables and some basic gear for helping people move better. The staff stays busy moving from one person to the next. It’s just a local clinic where we try to help folks get back on their feet without making a big fuss about it. The traffic on Hegde Nagar Main Road can be a bit much in the evenings, but inside we just focus on the work. We've been here for a bit now, and the neighbors mostly know us by the sign out front.
