Shri Nath Ji Trading Co.

We are located right in the middle of the bustle on Kalasipalyam Main Road. Our shop is in the Red Building, which is easy to spot because it is directly opposite the police station. Shri Nath Ji Trading Co. deals with all sorts of goods that come in and out of this area every day. Kalasipalyam is always loud and crowded, but we like being where the action is. We started out with just a few items and slowly filled up the shelves over the years. Now, it is hard to move around in the back room because there is so much stock. We don't have a fancy showroom. It is just a practical space where we can load and unload stuff quickly. My brothers and I run the place, and we usually have some tea going for anyone who stops by to talk business. We know the other traders on the street and we all try to help each other out when someone runs short on something. It is hard work, especially when the weather is hot and the trucks are stuck in the narrow lanes. We don't pretend to be anything other than a local trading post. We keep our books by hand mostly, though we have a computer for the official stuff now. It’s a messy, busy life here at number 151, but it’s what we know and we have been doing it for a long time. We mostly just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the crates are stacked securely so nothing breaks during transport to the warehouses.
