If you look for us, Shri Giridhar Agencies is right over on Residency Road. We are near GPO 8, which makes it easy for people to find the general area even if the traffic is a bit of a mess. The office is pretty simple. We have desks piled with papers and the usual stuff you’d expect in an agency. There is a lot of back and forth with suppliers and people coming in to check on their orders. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. Sometimes the tea lady comes by in the afternoon and we take a quick break, but otherwise, it is constant phone calls and checking ledgers. The building has been here for a long time, and you can tell by the way the floorboards creak a bit in certain spots. We like being close to the post office because it makes shipping things out a lot more convenient than if we were stuck in some industrial estate. It gets quite noisy outside during rush hour, but inside we just focus on what needs to get done. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It’s a local operation, and we know most of the people around here by name now. It’s just how things are at 8 Residency Road. We keep the files sorted and stay busy.
