Shreyas Physiotherapy Clinic

Shreyas Physiotherapy Clinic is tucked away in Teachers Colony, Koramangala. The exact spot is No. 72 on the 6th Main, specifically 3rd Avenue. If you know Koramangala, you know how the blocks and avenues work, but it can still be a bit of a maze for some. We’ve been here doing physiotherapy for the local residents for quite a while. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial streets. We have our mats and machines set up for the various exercises people need to do. It’s a practical space, nothing too flashy or high-end. People come here for all sorts of aches and pains or when they are recovering from something. We just take it one person at a time. The 560095 area is a good place to be. We see a lot of office goers and elderly people from the neighborhood. Sometimes the sessions take a bit longer than planned, so the schedule moves around a bit. We don't have a big corporate team, just the staff who are actually here every day. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere so people don't feel too stressed about their treatment. It’s just a normal clinic doing normal work. No big mission statements, just helping people move a bit better when they leave than when they came in. It's a busy place but we try to keep it calm.
