Shree Manjunatha Tours & Travels

Our office is at 122 Rajajinagar, right across the road from the DCB Bank. Shree Manjunatha Tours & Travels is basically just a few of us and some cars. Most of the time we are either on the phone or out on the road. Rajajinagar is a crowded area so parking the vehicles can be a real headache sometimes. We sit inside and wait for the next call to come in. The bank across the street always has people coming and going, so there is always something to look at while we wait. Our drivers come in to hand over keys or pick up their logs for the day. Sometimes the tea gets cold because a customer walks in right when we pour it. We have a few old maps on the wall and a calendar that we use to keep track of bookings. It isn’t anything fancy, just a simple room with some chairs and a desk. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. Some days are very quiet and we just talk about the traffic or the weather. Other days, everyone wants a car at the same time and it gets a bit chaotic. We just try to manage the schedule as best as we can. It’s a local way of living and working. We know the shortcuts around this part of town and we just keep the cars running for whoever needs a ride.
