You can find Shree Devi Tours & Travels at the Venkatappa Building in Vidyaranyapura. We are at 13/5, quite close to Kruthika Hospital, so it’s a landmark most people in the neighborhood are familiar with. Our office is a small shopfront where we have all our brochures and travel logs spread out. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two people come in at once, but we make it work. We spend our days booking tickets and figuring out routes for people who want to go on holiday or just need to travel for work. There are maps pinned to the walls and a lot of old calendars that we haven't taken down yet. It gets busy during the holiday seasons, and the phone doesn't stop ringing then. We also have a couple of drivers who come by to check their schedules. The building itself is older, and sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out. We know the people around here well, and many of our customers are neighbors who have been coming to us for years. It’s not a high-tech operation; we do a lot of things the old-fashioned way with a ledger and a landline. We enjoy hearing about where people want to go. It keeps the day interesting even when we are just sitting behind a desk.
