If you find yourself near Yalachahalli Bus Stop on Kanakapura Main Road, you might see our shop, Shree Computer Solutions. We are on the first floor at No:28/1, right near Metro Pillar No: 100. It is a very busy spot in JP Nagar 6th Phase with the metro construction and the buses always stopping right outside. We spend our days looking at screens and opening up laptops to see why they stopped working. The shop is usually full of wires, spare keyboards, and fans that are waiting to be put into someone's machine. It can get a bit messy with all the parts lying around but there is a system to it. People come in looking quite stressed because their work or school stuff is stuck on a broken computer and we do what we can to fix it. We do not have a big reception area or anything fancy like that. You just walk up the stairs and you will see us working at the back benches. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific part to arrive by courier and that is the part we hate because we know the customer is waiting. We also handle some software issues and basic networking for people nearby. It is a lot of troubleshooting and trying to figure out why things aren't doing what they are supposed to do. It is good work and it keeps us learning new things.
