You can find me on the 2nd floor over at 18 Kumbarpet. It’s right in the Hanuman Nagar Park Site area. I’ve been in this building for some time now. Being on the second floor means I get a bit of a view of the street, though it’s mostly just the usual traffic and people heading to the park. It's a modest setup. I don't see the point in having a huge, empty office when it's just a small team of us working here. We mostly deal with local clients who know the area well. Kumbarpet is a busy spot, so there’s always noise coming up from the ground floor, but we’re used to it by now. My days are usually filled with meetings and sorting out the various projects we have on the go. I’m not one for fancy titles or anything like that. I just go by Shivshankar and try to keep things moving. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick for us around Hanuman Nagar. If someone needs something done, they usually just ask a neighbor and end up at our door. It’s a very local way of doing things, but it works for me. We aren't trying to be the biggest in town, just reliable. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to them, but the office is comfortable once you get inside.
