Shivashish Solutions Llp is based out of Harlur Main Road. Specifically, we are in unit 2A-102 at Prestige Frens Residency, which is part of Eastwood Township. This is in the 560068 area of Bengaluru. It’s a bit of an interesting mix because it’s a residential complex but we have our operations here. Harlur road has become quite busy lately with all the new apartments and shops popping up. Getting into the residency requires going through the main gate, which makes it feel a bit more secure and quiet once you are inside. Our workspace is essentially a converted unit. It’s got a homey feel to it, which we actually prefer over a cold office building. We have a small balcony where someone usually goes to take a phone call or just stand for a minute to get some sun. The kitchen is always stocked with basic stuff like biscuits and tea bags. We don’t have a boss who sits in a separate big office; we all sit together at the same types of tables. It’s a very flat way of working. Sometimes the residency has maintenance work going on, so we might hear some drilling or hammering, but we just work through it. It’s a practical setup for us, and being in Harlur means we are close to a lot of the other tech hubs without being right in the middle of the worst congestion.
