Shivashankar

Over at 440 Jayanagar, you will find us in the Fulwala Compound. Shivashankar is the name we go by here. We are quite close to the Sharada Hotel, which is usually how people describe where we are located. Jayanagar is a familiar area for most folks around here, and being near the hotel makes us pretty easy to track down if you are in the neighborhood. The compound itself is a bit of an old-school place. It’s not one of those modern glass buildings, just a solid brick-and-mortar spot. We’ve been here long enough that the walls feel familiar. It’s a bit cramped inside sometimes when we have a lot going on, but we manage. Shivashankar is just a small operation with a few of us working together. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most of our days are spent just dealing with the tasks at hand. It gets a bit noisy in the compound during the middle of the day, but it quietens down towards the evening. We like being part of the Jayanagar community. It feels like a real place with real people. If you are walking past Sharada Hotel, you aren't far from our door. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as best as we can. It’s a simple way to earn a living but it keeps us satisfied.
