Shivashankar Advertisers has been sitting here on CMH Road for a good while now. We are located in the 2nd Stage of Indira Nagar, right at number 44. Most people just tell their drivers to stop near the Bata Showroom because that’s the easiest way to explain where we are to someone who doesn't know the area. Indira Nagar is a bit of a mess with all the construction and the traffic these days, but we like being in the middle of it. Our office is simple, nothing like those glass buildings you see further down the road. We spend our days dealing with various advertising requests and trying to keep things organized. It’s usually pretty loud outside with the metro and the bikes zooming past, but you get used to it after a month or two. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until the backup kicks in. It’s not a corporate setup where everyone wears suits. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. People drop by without calling sometimes, which is fine, although it can get a bit crowded in the small waiting area. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on CMH Road, but we are still here at the same spot. It’s a lot of work keeping up with how things change, but we just take it one day at a time and see what needs doing. We don't have a big marketing pitch.
