Shiva Charan Enterprises is over at 1 Paud Road in Ramamurthy Nagar. We are sitting right opposite St Antony School, which means it gets pretty lively around here when the kids are coming and going. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while, just doing our daily business. We sell a variety of supplies that the local families and workers around Paud Road usually need. It’s not a very big shop, just a practical space where we keep our stock. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big advertisements. We just focus on keeping the shelves full and helping whoever walks in. Sometimes it’s parents from the school across the street, other times it’s people living in the apartments nearby. We aren't always the fastest, and the shop can get a bit messy when we’re unpacking a new delivery, but we do our best. It’s a simple life running a shop like this. We know the local rhythms, like when the traffic will be bad or when the rain might start coming in. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything like that.
