Shina Physiotherapy Clinic

Shina Physiotherapy Clinic is located at 2 351sevan Grahak in Rajaji Nagar. We have been operating in this part of Rajaji Nagar for quite some time now. The space we have is filled with mats, balls, and some old machines we use for exercises. It is not a high-tech gym, just a practical clinic where people come to get their movement back. You will often hear the sound of people counting reps or the hum of a heat lamp. We have a small area where you can change your clothes, though it is a bit cramped. The desk at the front is usually covered in folders and appointment slips. We are not big on fancy decorations; the walls are mostly bare except for some charts showing muscles and bones. Most of our patients are people from the neighborhood who have a bad back or a knee that will not stop hurting. We spend a lot of time on our feet, helping folks through their stretches. It is hard work, but we like seeing people walk out feeling a little better than when they came in. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and we all have to go without for a day. It is just a normal, local clinic. We do not pretend to be anything more than that. We are here to help with physical therapy and keep things simple for everyone who visits us.
