Shift Manager

You can find Shift Manager at 276 on the 3rd Main Road, right at the 1st Cross in Kogilu Layout. We are up in the Yelahanka area, which is a bit further out from the center of Bangalore. It’s a bit quieter up here compared to the city, but it is growing fast. We have a small office where we manage our daily tasks. The name on the door says Shift Manager, and that’s basically what we do, just keeping track of schedules and making sure people are where they need to be. The layout is mostly houses and small shops. We are in a brick building that blends in with everything else on the street. Our windows look out over the road and we see the school buses go by every morning. We don't have any big corporate goals to talk about. We just try to keep the shifts organized so nobody is confused. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls. Sometimes the rain floods the corner of the cross, but it drains away eventually. We have a small coffee machine that usually works. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we know how to handle the busy days. Yelahanka has its own pace and we fit into it just fine. We aren't looking to change the world, just to keep our bit of it running smoothly for everyone who comes through the door.
