Shetty Tourist Travels

We operate out of a small office at 49/1 Basaveshwara Nagar, specifically in the Mohanni Chawl area. It is right near the K H B Colony, so finding us isn't too hard if you know the neighborhood landmarks. Shetty Tourist Travels started out because there was always a need for decent cars around here. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of luxury buses. It is a more modest setup where we keep track of things on paper ledgers and a couple of phones that never seem to stop ringing. Our drivers are local guys who know these roads better than any map could tell them. They spend a lot of time waiting for passengers or cleaning the seats between trips. The office itself is simple, just a few chairs and a desk where we handle the bookings. Sometimes the tea lady from down the street comes by, and we sit for a minute to talk about the traffic. It gets busy during the wedding season or when people want to head out of the city for a long weekend. We handle the paperwork and make sure the fuel tanks are full before any car leaves the yard. It's a lot of coordination, making sure a driver is where he needs to be at four in the morning. We just try to keep the wheels moving and make sure everyone gets where they are going without too much fuss or delay on our part.
