Our place at 20/1, Iv Cross, Vth Main in Chamrajpet is right in the middle of a very old and busy part of the city. Shell Solar India Pvt. Ltd. has been here for years, and we have grown used to the constant buzz of the traffic outside. The building itself is a bit cramped, with narrow hallways and stairs that are a little steep. We have stuff stacked in every available corner because space is hard to come by at 20/1. The desks are covered in notebooks, pens, and old hardware that we might need later. It is not the kind of office you see in movies. There are no fancy lounges or high-tech glass walls here. We have a small table in the back where we eat our lunch, usually talking about the local news or how long the commute took that morning. The ceiling fans hum loudly when they are on the highest setting, but they keep us cool enough. Sometimes the mail gets delivered to the wrong house because the numbering on the cross streets can be confusing for new postmen. We spend our hours at Shell Solar India Pvt. Ltd. just keeping things moving along. It is a lot of routine work and keeping track of details. We don't have any big posters on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few notes taped near the phones. It is a practical, honest workspace.
