We have been here at 39 Ulsoor for quite a long time now, right across from the Philips building. Most people find us because they need to go somewhere and they do not want to deal with the online mess themselves. We do all sorts of bookings for cars and buses and even long-distance trains when the internet is not being very helpful. It is just a small office with a couple of desks and a lot of paper everywhere. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit noisy, but we manage to get everyone where they need to go. My brother and I started this because we knew the roads around here better than most people. We do not really do big tours with fancy guides, it is more about getting you a reliable driver who knows the shortcuts to the airport or a quiet hill station. People stop by just to ask about timings or if a certain road is closed. We drink a lot of tea while staring at maps and flight schedules. If you are looking for those big glossy brochures, we probably do not have many left in the rack. Most of our work is just talking to people and figuring out the best way to get from one point to another without too much trouble. The traffic outside can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually stay late until it clears up. It is just what we do every day.
