Sharotec

Sharotec is sitting on the 50 Feet Main Road in Cox Town, 2nd Stage, at number 69/1. It’s a busy stretch of road and there is always someone honking outside. We focus on tech stuff, mostly computers and some networking gear. The shop is lined with shelves holding motherboards, cables, and those little boxes of screws that always seem to go missing. We have a couple of workbenches in the back where we spend most of our time staring at screens or trying to figure out why a fan is making that clicking noise. It’s a lot of sitting and a lot of patience. The air conditioner is a bit old and rattles, but it keeps the dust off the sensitive parts. We aren't big on decorations, so the walls are mostly just white with a few calendars pinned up. Customers usually come in with a laptop tucked under their arm and a worried look on their face. We take a look, tell them what we think, and then get to work. It’s not a fast process sometimes, especially when parts take a while to show up. We have a small chair for people to sit, but most just leave their stuff and come back later. It's just a place where we try to fix things that aren't working right. Sometimes we stay late finishing up a tricky repair while the road outside finally gets quiet.
