Sharik Pragmatica Private Limited is situated in Jayanagar, which is one of the nicer parts of Bangalore. We are at 29/1 on the 30th Cross in the 4th T Block area. It’s a neighborhood with a lot of character and plenty of trees lining the streets. Our office is in a building that’s surrounded by houses and other small businesses. It’s a very grounded place to work. Inside, we have a simple layout with enough room for everyone to have their own space. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. Most of our stuff is functional and has been around for a few years. We like the atmosphere here because it feels like a real community. You can walk out and find a good place for coffee or lunch in just a few minutes. At the office, we usually have the radio playing softly or just the sound of keyboard clicks. We are a small team and we don't have a lot of meetings. We prefer to just talk across the room when something needs to be decided.
