You can find us at No.54 on the 3rd floor, right on Chord Road in the 1st Block of Rajajinagar. We are near the 20th Main intersection. Sharaan Infosystems is basically an office full of computers and cables. It’s not the most organized place in the world, as there’s usually a pile of hard drives or some monitors waiting to be looked at somewhere in the corner. We started this because we were the people everyone in the family went to when their PC stopped working. Now we do it for a lot of different people and small businesses around Rajaji Nagar. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over a screen or trying to figure out why a network is acting up. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. Some days everything works perfectly and we can actually leave on time, but other days we’re here late trying to recover data or fix a server. We like being in Rajajinagar because it’s a central spot and easy for people to reach us, even if the stairs up to the 3rd floor are a bit of a workout. We just try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s a lost cause. It’s just a small group of us who enjoy tinkering with tech and helping out our neighbors.
