Shantiniketan Physiotherapy Clinic

Shantiniketan Physiotherapy Clinic is on the second floor of building 690/C. We are located in Arekere, BTM 6th Stage. It’s in the 2nd Phase, 3rd Block. We are right on Bannerghatta Road, across from the Cis Four Apartments. The road is always packed with traffic, which everyone knows about Bangalore. To get to us, you have to head up to the second floor. We have our mats and equipment set up there. It’s a place for people to do their stretches and exercises. We see a lot of folks with leg injuries or shoulder problems. It’s not a gym, it’s a clinic, so things are a bit more quiet and focused. We don’t have a flashy reception area. It’s just a desk and a few chairs for those waiting. We have a small team here. We help people move better so they can get back to their lives. The view from the window is just the constant stream of cars on Bannerghatta Road. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and the locals in BTM know where we are. We don't use any fancy marketing talk. We just show you the exercises and help you through them. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. If you are near the apartments or the main road, we are easy to spot. We just focus on the physical therapy and nothing else.
