Shanthiniketan Homes

Our office is located over at the Novel Net Working space here in Bangalore. It is a shared working area, so there are always lots of other people around working on all sorts of different businesses. We focus on Shanthiniketan Homes from our little corner there. Most of our time is spent looking over building plans or talking to people about where they might want to live. It is not always an easy job because the property market in Bangalore is usually quite wild and unpredictable. We just have a basic desk setup in the building. It is nothing too special or fancy, but it works perfectly for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and making a lot of phone calls to builders and buyers. Sometimes the shared coffee machine in the break area is broken, which can be a bit of a frustration during a long day. We aren't some massive real estate company with thousands of employees everywhere. It is just a few of us trying to help people find a place that feels like a real home. We have been doing this for a while now. The 560034 area is a good spot to be based in because it is pretty central to a lot of the new construction. We don't have a big showroom with plastic models. We just talk honestly with people about what is available and what the prices are. It is a lot of back and forth.
