Shanthi Developers

We set up Shanthi Developers at 16/17 Banaswadi inside Amar Regency quite some time ago. It’s a plain office where we keep all the drawings and site plans spread out on the tables. Banaswadi is a growing area, so there is always noise from some new building going up nearby. We spend our mornings on the phone talking to workers or checking on how the materials are moving. Amar Regency is a decent enough building, though the parking can be a bit tight when everyone arrives at once. Our walls are covered with photos of old projects and maps of the local layout. It gets pretty busy around here, especially with the traffic on the main road. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just some chairs for visitors and a couple of old computers that still work well enough. Sometimes we are out at the sites more than we are in the office. The dust from the road gets into everything, so we are constantly wiping down the desks. It’s just us here, trying to get things built and making sure the paperwork is in order. We know the local shops and the people who have lived in Banaswadi for years. It’s a regular job for us, and we just take it one day at a time. Shanthi Developers is where we handle the daily grind of planning and construction without making a big fuss about it.
