Shanmuka Engineering Enterprises

Shanmuka Engineering Enterprises is tucked away on Pasta Street in Indira Nagar. We’re at 226/1, which is a bit of an old building, but it suits what we do. It’s mostly engineering work here, specifically small parts and repairs that bigger shops won't take on. My uncle started this place and I’ve been helping out for about ten years now. Indira Nagar is a nice spot, though Pasta Street gets a bit narrow when delivery trucks come through. We have a few lathes and some welding equipment in the back. It’s not the cleanest shop, but we know where everything is. Usually, you’ll find us covered in a bit of oil or dust by midday. We don't have a sales team or anything like that. If someone needs something made or fixed, they just walk through the door and ask. We get a lot of locals coming in with broken gate hinges or bits of machinery from their small businesses. It’s a simple setup. We have a small table where we drink tea and talk about the work for the day. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or work by the light from the door. It’s just a regular life here on Pasta Street, doing what we know how to do. We don't have any big plans to move or change things. We just like fixing things and keeping the machines running.
