Shamma Tours And Ticketing is a small office we run over in Bhuvaneshwari Nagar. We are right at number 1 on the 1st Main Road in RT Nagar. It’s a simple setup with a couple of computers and a lot of ringing phones. We mainly help people figure out their bus journeys, train tickets, or flights when they aren't sure how to book things online themselves. The area around here is pretty residential, so we see a lot of the same faces coming in. We don't have any big posters or travel brochures plastered everywhere. It's just a place where you can sit down and get your travel sorted without too much fuss. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we have to ask people to wait a bit while the page loads. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like helping out the elderly folks in the neighborhood who find the apps confusing. We usually have the radio playing in the background. Dealing with cancellations and delays is part of the daily grind, and we try to be as helpful as we can when things go wrong with a trip. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and everyone knows where the 1st Main Road office is. It’s just us doing our bit to get people where they need to go. If the computers are acting up, we just take down the details on paper and finish it later. It's how we manage things.
