We are located in Kodambakkam, specifically on Arcot Road. Our office is on the third floor of Lakshmi Towers, Flat Number 5. It’s a busy part of Chennai, and the building has a lot going on. Even though we have "Pvt Ltd" in our name, we aren't some distant corporation. We’re just a group of engineers and staff working out of this space. The office is usually filled with drawings, files, and some computers. Since we’re on the third floor, it’s a bit quieter than the street below, which is nice when you’re trying to figure out a technical problem. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. People come by Arcot Road for all sorts of things, but they find us when they need engineering work done. We don't have a flashy reception area with someone waiting to take your coat. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at project specs. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are built right. The elevators in the tower can be slow sometimes, but we’re here most days if anyone needs to drop off plans or talk about a job. It’s a straightforward engineering office where we just focus on the daily grind and getting the projects finished on time.
