Shakthikrupa Nursing Home

The nursing home is in Manjula Complex on Kaggadasapura Road. We are at 17th A Cross, right near the CV Raman Nagar Post and not too far from the railway gate. If the gate is closed, traffic piles up right outside our window, so it gets quite noisy with the honking. The building is an older one, but we keep it as tidy as we can. We have several rooms for patients and a small area for the nurses to sit. It’s a busy place because Kaggadasapura has so many people living here now. We do everything from checking temperatures to managing the overnight stays. There is a lot of walking up and down the hallway. The walls have a few scuffs from the stretchers and equipment being moved around over the years. We don't have a big corporate logo or a fancy lobby. It's just a nursing home where we do what needs to be done. The staff works in shifts, and we usually have someone around all the time. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just how things go here. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the people who live in the apartments behind us. It’s a community spot, really. We spend our days filling out charts and making sure the supplies are stocked up on the shelves. It's hard work, but we are just used to the rhythm of it now.
