You can find Shakthi-Jvm Private Limited over at No 16/1 on the 3rd Cross. We are in the Byatarayanapura Extension, right off 6th Main Road near Mysore Road. It’s a very busy part of Bangalore, so there is always the sound of vehicles and horns in the distance. The building is easy to spot once you get onto the cross road. Inside, it’s a standard office setup. We have our desks lined up and a small area for meetings that usually turns into a place where we just leave our bags. We’ve been working from this spot for a while now. The Mysore Road area has its own energy, and we are right in the middle of it. Our team is small and we know each other well. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here; we all just pitch in where needed. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to hit a deadline, but we usually manage to have a laugh or two. We have a water dispenser that everyone forgets to refill, and a clock that’s five minutes fast. It’s these little things that make the place feel real. We don’t have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the projects we have and try to do a solid job. It’s a straightforward business in a straightforward part of town with people who just want to work.
