You can find us at 178/E, in the Railway Quaters on Broadway Road. We’re right across from the CSI Hospital in the Bangalore Cantonment area. Shakthi Hill Resorts Pvt Ltd is managed from this spot. It’s an interesting part of Bangalore because of the old railway buildings and the general history of the Cantonment. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we handle the bookings and the management side of the resort business. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the actual resort site and dealing with suppliers. Since we’re near the hospital and the railway tracks, it can get pretty busy and noisy outside our windows. We have a small team here. We mostly focus on making sure the logistics for our guests are handled correctly. It’s a lot of paperwork and coordinating transport or supplies. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people who have stayed with us before. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with wooden desks and big ledgers. We like it that way because it’s what we’re used to. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore makes the commute a bit of a mess, but we always make sure someone is in the office. It’s just a practical, everyday operation for us. We do our work and go home to our families. It's a bit crowded with all the files but we know where everything is kept.
